Need to improve your core strength, balance and flexibility?

This low impact class focuses on strengthening legs, upper body, low back and abdominal muscles, to improve balance and prevent injuries.

Particularly recommended for those who walk, run, swim, play golf or tennis.

Rachel’s BeachBritFit Core and More class is held at the Warren Webster community building, Pass-A-Grille, every Monday, 5:30-6:30 pm

Open to all no prior sign up required.
