Hi Roxanne. Thank you for your inquiry. The boot camp will be on 8th Avenue, Pass A Grille…beachside, South of the concession stand. Every Tuesday and Thursday 6:45-7:45am, starting Tuesday October 7th. Cost $10 per person per session. Bring a towel and mat, and advise wearing athletic shoes and attire.

John and I are from Chicago. We completed our wonderful visit to Florida with a Work out with Rachel. It was invigorating and beautiful watching the sunrise during boot camp. The personal attention and encouragement from Rachel was so helpful and we are so glad we started our day with her. Thank you for the safe but challenging camp. We loved it!

This is one of the funnest classes of it’s type that I’ve had the pleasure to attend. Rachael is a skilled coach who sets the perfect tone and provides insightful instructions that are easy to process and implement on the spot. I think I learned about 17 new ways to work my abs and core! The group is enthusiastic and positive, the sun is coming up, the waves are breaking on the beach – what more could one want? Idle chat about running technique during post workout stretching? – That’s where the conversation led last week :)
